To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our Site, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

We offer personalized LSAT tutoring sessions designed to assist you in preparing for the LSAT exam. These services are provided remotely via zoom or other video or phone services if needed.

 

3. Account Creation and Use

To book tutoring sessions, you may need to create an account on the Site, but is not necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities under your account.

 

4. Payment and Fees

  • Tutoring Fees: All tutoring sessions are charged at the rates outlined on the site unless discussed otherwise.

  • Payment Methods: Payments for services will be discussed with the tutor, but will likely be done through services such as venmo, zelle, cashapp, etc.

  • No Refunds: As our services are personalized, non-replicable, and provided by a tutor, all payments are final and non-refundable once the session has been completed.

 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule a sessions without penalty.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to written materials, videos, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of dwlsattraining and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our explicit permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding the specific results or scores you may achieve after utilizing our tutoring services.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site or services.

 

8. Modification of Services
